25/25 For Manitoba Fall Bear Hunters
We would easily seal a perfect 25/25 with our Manitoba Fall bear hunters this past August and September. With 43 baits up and running, we would finish having only hunted roughly 25 of the 43 baits so ample more opportunities await come next spring. It has been an extremely challenging fall though, as once the border reopened in August, we were quick to learn that 1/3 of our roster were unvaccinated and unable to make the fall hunt this year, which left us trying to juggle hunters from either the spring ahead or simply trying to fill in with new hunters. Almost all week of the fall bear hunting were completed in just three days, with just one week needing another day to finish out the week's hunters. We would take 7 very big bruins including this big boar arrowed by Matt Dowse from Lincoln, Nebraska.
